Cancellation Fees & No Show Policy

To help us keep everything running smoothly please be aware we have cancellation and no show policies. Here's a quick refresher to help us keep everything running smoothly.

Booking Fees Are on non refundable. On booking an appointment, there will be a £60 booking fee required to secure the appointment, which will be deducted off the final cost of the treatment(s) on the day.

Should you cancel with less than 48 working hours notice for any reason, you will lose your booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to book a new appointment. If you need to reschedule, no problem just let us know within 48 working hours or more before your appointment and it's FREE.

Top ups: If your top up (Botox or non surgical rhinoplasty) is not scheduled within 3 weeks of your original appointment the full cost of a treatment will be required. We will always book you in within this time frame.

Booking 2 on More Treatments: If you book 2 or 3 treatments and decide on the day to only have one, you'll still be charged for the others. Why? Because we've allocated the appointment time and for some treatments, ordered prescription- only products specifically for you.

Health Conditions: If you have any health conditions, kindly inform us, or have allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment before booking. If you have taken any antibiotics in the last 14 days we cannot treat you until you are 14 days clear of your course. If you are taking any bloody thinning medication, please inform us before your treatment. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, we strictly cannot carry out treatment on you. If you have any active cold sores your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
